QUACK! WBB JC G Bella Hamel commits
Oregon WBB has received a commitment from JC G Bella Hamel out of Lane Community College in Eugene. She's been averaging 19.8 ppg while shooting 50% from the field and 42.7% from three. She's also been averaging 13.3 rebounds and 2.8 steals a game this season. She was a first-team all-state selection her SR season at Liberty HS in Hillsboro.

Re: QUACK! WBB JC G Bella Hamel commits
She is supposed to be a really good defender and aggressive rebounder for a big guard in a 3 guard rotation. She seems to be a near clone replacement for Hanson (maybe a better rebounder than Taya though).
With Bella, Sofia Bell and Sammie Wagner (who is now practicing and sitting with the players on the bench) the big guard position for next years team class seems pretty solidly filled. We still need to add another big beyond Sarah Rumbus for next year from the transfer pool.
