2024 WR Jordan Anderson decommits
Oregon has lost the commitment of 2024 4* WR Jordan Anderson today after being committed since last December. Seems there were rumblings he was wavering on other Oregon boards, especially once Van Buren decommitted. They'll likely be bringing in at least a couple portal guys and kick the tires of some other HS WRs to fill his slot.

You’re assuming he still had the option of a Lambo in this scenario. There’s only 85 spots available.QuackininBama wrote:WTH?? He's going to decommit from a Lamborghini Huracán and jump in a Ford Taurus???

Pure conjecture, as I don't watch highlight videos or pretend to know what to look for with these kids. That said, this leads me to believe that maybe he was encouraged to look elsewhere due to the roster crunch. Maybe Power 4 coaches weren't enamored with what he put on senior tape, otherwise I would assume Power 4 schools would have been lining up to get him to visit after he decommitted. He seemed pretty gung ho about the Ducks on social media until about a week before he decommitted, which further convinces me this is the case.QuackininBama wrote:WTH?? That’s a legit strategy if you’re a borderline guy. You’re not getting huge NIL money, so just go somewhere for a year where you’re the guy and tear it up. Then leverage that for much more money when you transfer.
