Some reports out that Chip will head to Seattle to be the OC for a Dan Quinn led staff.
Bruins might just punt on a HC and go with an interim this year if that happens.

Looks like Harbaugh won't leave LA without the HC job so the Wolverines are now on deck to either take a coach or promote from within. Sounds like the DC Minter may go with him to LA too.

Have to think that Sherrone Moore will get the Michigan HC job within the next week.

Did you hear about Jayden de Laura? Fisch is a shady character for sure.Phalanx wrote:Too early for Jedd Fisch to interview for the Michigan job?

Boston College HC Jeff Hafley leaving for the Packers because he's grown frustrated with CFB, NIL, and recruiting.

Now it would be to DC, again as the OC under Dan Quinn. Quite a trend of College coaches deciding they prefer the NFL game when the pay is relative or else lower college coaches taking coordinator positions at bigger colleges for the bigger paycheck.Duck07 wrote: Wed Jan 24, 2024 8:40 am Some reports out that Chip will head to Seattle to be the OC for a Dan Quinn led staff.

Huskies still haven't finished their coaching staff. 3 defensive openings, including DC. Also noteworthy, both of DeBoer's co-DC's and his DL coach are still unemployed.

They just hired Steve Belichick, whom was a D assistant with the Pats the last 12 years.pdxduck2013 wrote: Sun Feb 04, 2024 12:10 pm Huskies still haven't finished their coaching staff. 3 defensive openings, including DC. Chip Kelly to Ohio State?
Looks like there are rumors that Chip Kelly may take the OC role at Ohio State. Hard to see him just being a college OC but he may be so over being a college HC that reducing his workload to only OC under a former QB of his like Ryan Day is a real potential.

He's gone to Ohio State now. He'll likely be happier and more successful there than he would have been at UCLA.

He would still need to recruit, which is not his fave thing to do. I would be surprised if he doesn't end up in the NFL.greenyellow wrote: Fri Feb 09, 2024 10:54 am Looks like there are rumors that Chip Kelly may take the OC role at Ohio State.
