Bad thing about the idea of coaching with a double knee arthro-plasty... You sure as hell don't want to accidentally take one of those hits on the sidelines like JoePa or Charlie Whizz did.
That is a recipe for absolute disaster.

That's kind of an assumption about Carroll being a greater recruiter than Bellotti. Yes recruiting is essentially a sales job, but lets face it, Carroll has been selling Mercedes and Bellotti has been selling maybe a low end Lexus? I think allot of coaches would suddenly become better recruiters at SC.Duck07 wrote:Oregon is not Mike Bellotti, not by a chance. Mike leaves and recruiting will be fine, heck, maybe he'd take the greatest Defensive Coordinator ever with him too. SC will always recruit. Sure, Mike and other coaches have their own ties to places, but if you are that bad of a recruiter (salesperson) that you can't make your own connections and sell the program without the help of Mike, the school and program will have serious problems.
So no, if MB goes to SC our recruiting will be effected only by having Mike try to fight CK for some of the same recruits, which before it was fighting Pete Carroll. PC > MB at recruiting, therefore Orgon FTW
