USc wont get who they wanted..they will get some good recruits but it won't be the best recruiting classes ever in USC history! note per my source a booster at usc and has info inside the program said the offer from USC to NCAA has been turned down!!! not looking good for USC right now..

USC is going to get the majority of their recruits, like they always have out of the state of California. Oregon will get a few guys from California like we always have but our big time prospects are staring to be targeted across the country. Nothing changes on the recruiting front other then Oregon will continue to get better. As for USC being the power they were with Petey, I don't see that happening, particularly with possible sanctions.
