2/3 Recruiting Dinner
Just got the invite to go to the recruiting dinner in Portland at the convention
center. I'm stocked to get to hear Chip and company talk about the future of
our program. Just wondering if anyone else was going.

Those are great events. I go to the lunch that happens down here. Chip is very dynamic in person and you can tell he loves these kids. Definitely go!RuhlandAsherBestEver wrote:Just got the invite to go to the recruiting dinner in Portland at the convention

Not to get off topic RuhlandAsher but is your boy left handed by any chance?

Weird thing he uses both hands equally well. Bats right Throws right eats and writes
left. Dribbles the basketball equal with each hand. Wierdest thing ever. I need to update
my photos he is several years older now.

Yeah I was just curious. He's carrying the ball in his left and has his left hand up...Too bad he doesn't throw left, the Ducks need good lefty pitchers!

AutzenZoo,
My nephew is a left handed pitcher from your neck of the woods. He will be a
senior at Siuslaw this year. I believe he was 2nd team all state last year. 6'5 but
needs to put some muscle and weight on. He has had lots of contact so far but
he would rather get drafted.
Briarduck,
I got lucky I got an invite from the Duck Pond wine people. If I had an extra
ticket I would invite you.

Willy G. Ben Johnson was a terrible coach last year, the players hated how he treated them.RuhlandAsherBestEver wrote:Ya.. I watched a few of the sandblaster games last year mostly in Salem and

Ya not a real positive guy. Seemed that he had red ass all the time. Although
his coaching help left something to be desired.
