What are the Indiana coaches doing tonight? Feels like they gave up early in this game. Can’t believe they punted on 4th and 3 down 3-20.

Classic case of the expansion of the playoff had absolutely nothing to do with crowning the most deserving champion but making the Networks more money.

This game sucks.

I can’t believe Indiana is punting again. This is honestly pathetic to me. Absolutely no fight from Indiana.

I’m all for a 12 team playoff but the garbage seeding and meaningless CCG have made this playoff more about money than crowing the best team. Plus I’m sure the ESPN SEC playoff committee is trying to get Georgia vs Texas part III in the national championship game.

Most impressive part of this game has been Notre Dame's secondary. They're getting away with some grabbing, but they just have not given Indiana's receivers room to breathe. They're doing well with a super young group.

If this game had Pac-12 refs Notre Dame would have over 200 yards of penalties on PI alone.

Indiana is proof that playoff expansion was a terrible idea forced on us by the networks and greed.

Indiana likely would have made a 4 team playoff this year.

Let me fix this for you. Texas would have made a 4-team playoff this year with Indiana's schedule and results. Indiana would not have made it.

I am not sure Indiana would have made a four team playoff but how do you keep a one loss team out of a 12 team playoff? I agree Indiana was not the caliber of team that should have been there, I am not sure that can be fixed, as far as picking the 12 team field. But the seeding of teams certainly can be fixed. The thing about a 4, 8,12 or 32 team playoff someone will always complain.

Hopefully the other first round games are more interesting. That was boring…
