Very nice win. Beat the spread in what was essentially a road game by about 10, and the game really wasn't as close as the final score might suggest. Hopefully the team is really buying into how important D is for the success of the team.

Yes, Shelstad not playing like we know he can. So glad Barthelemy is picking up some of the slack. Of course, one way of looking at it is that we're ranked in the top 10 (slightly lower in both KenPom and NET) "even though" our top point guard isn't playing that well. Will be great to see what we can do if he picks it up.

At the same time, it is impressive how if we have a guy or two having a terrible game, we have enough key pieces to help compensate for that.

Shelstad is one of those players that frustrate the hell out of you. You can see his potential, but only so many people can get there. Hope he's one of them, but so far...frustrating.
