DL My'Keil Gardner has entered the portal. Really hoped he'd stick around since he had so much potential.

Can folks with better memories help me out. How was Gardner regarded once he got on campus? It seems like Amauri Washington has gotten the most praise, but what have coaches/media/people who've seen practice said at Gardner when he hasn't been injured?

Just my $.02 ,Washington, Green, Porter, Gray, and Breland all seemed to show real potential so maybe Gardner was a bit down there on the depth chart. No definitive insights just guessing.StevensTechU wrote:Can folks with better memories help me out. How was Gardner regarded once he got on campus? I agree that there is a lot of talent there for years to come. Just need to get those guys some live reps.lmduck wrote: Thu Jan 09, 2025 6:37 pmJust my $.02 ,Washington, Green, Porter, Gray, and Breland all seemed to show real potential so maybe Gardner was a bit down there on the depth chart. Just wondering if anyone has heard anything about Caldwell. Sort of had the impression he wanted to come back.

Sounds like Emmanuel Pregnon is deciding today? He visited Oregon, Tennessee, and Texas.

Did he get to Oregon? I know he's coming off a darn-near weeklong visit to Knoxville.UOducksTK1 wrote: Mon Jan 13, 2025 2:43 pm Sounds like Emmanuel Pregnon is deciding today? He visited Oregon, Tennessee, and Texas.

In theory, whatever money we had to entice Conerly to come back is freed up.

Imagine telling the version of yourself from 2005 that in 20 years, Oregon will be regularly taking USC's lunch money. Just hard to fathom.lmduck wrote: Tue Jan 14, 2025 8:30 amhttps://twitter.com/JHopkinsSD/status/1 ... 8631444739OregonFan4Life wrote:I’d be shocked if Pregnon goes to Oregon.

Pregnon is the biggest transfer portal pickup this cycle for us. Not only can he move a mountain, but that sort of thing rubs off on rest of your linemen.

Good Lord, Terry and Lanning are CLOSERS.
Even with this AM’s glorious news, I like to imagime our man STU in the role of the Japanese Grounds Crew at Cleveland Municipal Stadium in the movie “Major League”.
I can see him now, raking the mound, muttering profanity &nd thoroughly unimpressed. Lol!
(All kidding aside, I love STU and there is nothing wrong with having high standards and demamding excellence at the line of scrimmage. In fact it’s pretty much required)

I’m so glad I was wrong! Seemed like there was no smoke though, but this is awesome!
I’d Pregnon a G or T?
