Wisconsin is near perfect at home, and is tough this year. And a 7 AM start for our guys. So not ideal.

How many of the Ducks will be awake for this one. Too many sleepwalk through regular time games this season, maybe the early start will help? The broadcasts are still starting with Shelstad being the star, I guess by process of elimination he is, would be great if he played like it. This is a game that Altman teams from the past would win.

Ducks don't have the size to compete with Wisconsin. 2 7 footers in the starting lineup, and Ducks only have 1 guy taller than 6'9 on the entire roster. Not to mention their guards are have the size advantage over Shelstad and Barthelemy. With Bittle and Bamba in foul trouble, we can call it a wrap.

-Rotations suck on both sides of the ball
-Interior defense sucks
-Ball movement sucks
-Most of all these refs suck

If Bittle breathes on a defender while setting a screen the refs call a foul meanwhile their bigs are literally moving along with Oregon’s guards while setting a screen and nothing from these piss poor refs.

How we've brought it to within 6 is beyond me.

I know others disagree but I do think the pieces are there for this team to make a deep tourney run, as long as they continue to play with this energy/effort and everyone understand their role this team has potential. They still need to grow to get there but regardless of how this game ends what we’ve seen on this run is there are pieces with this team.

Ducks have been resilient. Luckily, Wisconsin has started to fall in love with the outside shot and not taking advantage of their size advantage.

I credit the interior defense making these difficult this half for Wisconsin’s bigs.

Regardless of the outcome I’m really proud of how this team has played in the second half!

Makes me wonder what would’ve happened if the refs didn’t sabotage Oregon’s first half run with that awful second foul on Bittle, but that’s just how it goes sometimes.

Regardless of the outcome, Bittle is MVP.
