Sources: SEC annual football opponents for next four seasons

Post by SuperDuck »

From On3:

The SEC will unveil full opponents and matchups for the next four years Tuesday night on SEC Network and ESPN2 (7 p.m. ET). Beginning in 2026, the league shifts to a nine-game schedule: three annual opponents and six rotational ones, ensuring every team plays all others at least once every two years and home-and-home within four.

Here are the annual opponents for each school, per On3's Chris Low:

Alabama: Auburn, Tennessee, Mississippi State
Arkansas: Missouri, Texas, LSU
Auburn: Georgia, Alabama, Vanderbilt
Florida: Georgia, South Carolina, Kentucky
Georgia: Auburn, Florida, South Carolina
Kentucky: South Carolina, Tennessee, Florida
LSU: Arkansas, Ole Miss, Texas A&M
Mississippi State: Ole Miss, Alabama, Vanderbilt
Missouri: Arkansas, Texas A&M, Oklahoma
Oklahoma: Texas, Ole Miss, Missouri

South Carolina: Georgia, Kentucky, Florida
Tennessee: Alabama, Vanderbilt, Kentucky
Texas: Texas A&M, Arkansas, Oklahoma
Texas A&M: Texas, LSU, Missouri
Vanderbilt: Tennessee, Mississippi State, Auburn

The SEC said priorities in building the model were preserving rivalries, balancing competitive fairness, creating rotation frequency, and ensuring home/away balance alongside Power 4 non-conference games.
