That would have been a messy scene if there was a penalty on the very last play of the game.
It’ll make it better now once FSU beats Miami next week.
Teams like FSU and Georgia Tech don't bother me that much. I just don't see their QB's making it through the year with how many times they run the QB every game. They're difficult to defend against but not many QB's have the build to make it through an entire season of this.

Can't wait for Lincoln Riley's post-game excuses.

He spent the week complaining about the 9:00 AM start time so I’m sure that will be one of them. But losing when your opponent fumbles twice at the goal line is not good.

A lot of half-teams this year. LSU, Texas, and Ohio State are all really good defenses with offenses who can't come close to matching. We'll find out today if Penn State is the same. Ohio State is on pace for 14 points against a washington team that allowed 21 to Nevada and 24 to Wazzu.

This is a weird year, I think the Ohio State team we saw in the playoffs last season runs through anyone this year. But as of now I have no freakin clue who wins it all. I want to believe Oregon could but with World’s struggled against power rushers and our run defense I just don’t see it with Oregon. Maybe they’ll prove me wrong.

The Big10 sure is better having USC back….. oh wait nope same ol USuC. It baffles me that the media claims every year this is the year. Almost worse than UDub fans. They haven’t been relevant in 25+ yrs and every year either pre season or after they’ve played no one they all fall to their knees and suck the trojan off the underbelly of that horse praying to the football gods that there beloved blue blood program is back just to give themselves and the fan base blue balls year after year. Those two clowns calling the USuC game were drunk on horse cum

They are doing the same thing with Bama, they are playing inspired, disciplined football…….well no s***, they have played the equivalent of community college programs.

How about ND today….looks like ND has put it all together and looking like the playoff team we expected. Seriously they look like a playoff team against Arkansas.

They aren't "back" in the sense of being a national title contender, but I think they're a legitimate top 25 team. Put them on a neutral field against Tennessee or Vanderbilt, I like their chances. And in this day and age, a few things break your way and you could find yourself in the playoffs ala SMU even if you're not truly a top 12 team. That said, what are 12 teams that have impressed so far this year?

All that said, USC sucks and I hope they always suck.
