Re: Week 8 CFB
Brohm called a hell of a game offensively. I wouldn't want to see him at a major program. The defense is always aggressive and opportunistic for the Cards.

Re: Week 8 CFB
I was really hoping to see Duke beat GaTech today. It would make Illinois' win against Duke stronger, and would set the GaTech vs. UGA game up as a winner-to-the-playoffs-loser-is-out game. Now GaTech has a very easy path to the playoffs, even if they end up with a loss against Georgia.
LSU should be out if they lose to Vanderbilt. They won't be, because people will overvalue wins against Florida and Clemson because of the jerseys, but in reality they should rank very low among two-loss teams.

Re: Week 8 CFB
It is, but we didn't want them to lose. Oregon plays Washington to finish off the year, and misses Michigan. The better Washington is at the end, the better it is for Oregon

Squints, I found myself thinking about that during the game. However, f the huskies, always. I don't want to live in a world where we need washington to be successful for us to be successful.
Indiana is going into half 21-10 up on a terrible Michigan State team. Despite the score, they've struggled, and it's not making the Ducks look any better. Also in the Big 10, Northwestern is blanking Purdue and will move to 5-2 unless they Coug it.

Didn’t Indiana score a touchdown on every drive of theirs in the first half?StevensTechU wrote: Sat Oct 18, 2025 1:50 pm Squints, I found myself thinking about that during the game. Michigan State is like Stanford with those long clock draining drives
