How long will Lane Kiffin coach LSU?

Brian Kelly lasted 4 years. Ed Orgeron lasted 6 years.

Lane Kiffin had been at Ole Miss for 6 years, Florida Atlantic for 3, USC for 4, and Tennessee for 1.

I think he gets fired mid season of season 4, so I rounded down and said 3. Expectations are extremely high at LSU, and kiffin's history will put him on a relatively short leash

I think we're going to get an every-other-year kind of performance from him and that his shtick will only last so long and after year 5 they'll be ready for something new again.

Looking at that list it doesn't surprise me that Ed O lasted 6 years since he's the most authentic of the 3 coaches.

If he struggles at LSU, will probably depend on what they owe Kelly at the time. If it comes to it, paying two buyouts may prove too expensive, even for LSU.
