Anyone rooting for Miami? I tend to think they'd give the Buckeyes a better game than the Aggies.

I'm not a fan of Mario, but I agree.

It’s hard for me to ever root for Miami… he’ll find a way to blow it

As badly as I want Miami to get destroyed, I want the SEC to lose every game. The committee flooded the playoffs with SEC teams and they’ll do so even more in the future if they survive early games. The narrative will just ramp up even more.

The Somewhere Eastern Conference had a lackluster performance in last year's playoffs and this still happened. It would have to be eye opening underperformance.

I'm trying to think of this game as win-win. One of Miami or A&M will lose, and that's great.

Miami concerned me prior to this game but I'm feeling a lot less concerned. I'm really surprised how much success A&M is having against the Miami offensive line.

Miami is a well oiled machine. If I was a kicker I’d want to be coached up there.

Miami with 69 yards of offense. How is that possible?

I can't tell if the Miami defensive line is good, or the A&M O-line is just that bad

I keep thinking of ideas for an alternative postseason. I've said before that I think an NIT would make a lot of money (ex. Notre Dame, BYU, Texas and Penn State this year). Also, I like the idea of the G6 having a 4-team or 8-team playoff with the top 2 teams making it to the CFB playoff. But as I sit here thinking about whether SMU would beat A&M, a Texas state championship would also probably draw a lot of eyeballs with a field including Texas, SMU, North Texas, Baylor and teams like Baylor, A&M and others a lot of years. In all these cases, I think if you gave the players a cut like Players Tournament in NCAAB then you could stem the opt outs and keep it interesting.

Second pretty obvious concussion of the game. Great example of why the bye is valuable.

i wonder why that goal line hospital pass wasn't targeting. should have given A&M fresh set of downs at the 2.5

ultimately not that the outcome really matters in the grand scheme of the playoff

I've come to the conclusion that the A&M offense is terrible, and the Miami offense is only slightly better. Ohio State is going to throttle Miami

Will Miami score in that game?
