Not a bad starting lineup, but our overall depth seems a lot thinner compared to the last couple seasons.

I would expect Jalen Lott to be much higher than where he's listed.

He's not on the depth chart because he's not enrolled yet. Neither is Iheanacho.

• I know it is just guesswork on the OL right now and there are many possible outcomes; but, I'll be pretty surprised to see the right side: (RT) Bennett and (RG) Rogers.

• I did find confirmation Carl Williams IV did play NB in something like 13 of his 21 games at Baylor. 12 games as a freshman (5 at NB) with a very good 83.5 PFF pass grade. 8 games before getting hurt as a sophomore (7 at NB) with a not as good 57.4 PFF pass grade (34 catches on 50 passes defended for 314 yards and a TD). Re-injured or had a lingering injury (meniscus) which kept him out in 2025.

• Would be surprised to see Mixon-Jackson together as starting LB as neither seem a natural replacement for Boettcher.
