Not to be a hater but how does Moloney come back from a game like that? That might have been the worst game from a duck at the plate I’ve seen since Oregon baseball came back. 0-5 with hitting into the double play 3 times is awful. He single handedly accounted for 8 outs, almost cost his team 3 innings of offense.

Brutal loss. So many opportunities to come back too.
Really hope we can still pull the series win…

Besides a couple games here and there, Molony is not looking anywhere close to where he was his first two seasons as he hit over .300 both those years but is now at .232 this season. I'd be very surprised if he gets drafted after this season with how far he's fallen offensively.OregonFan4Life wrote: Thu May 14, 2026 10:24 pm Not to be a hater but how does Moloney come back from a game like that? Gotcha, I didn’t look up stats but I felt that he hasn’t been as reliable this year. But even if he was, the game he had last night was all time bad, I’m just curious the mental game for him and how he overcomes that. A performance like that can’t be easy to forget.greenyellow wrote:Besides a couple games here and there, Molony is not looking anywhere close to where he was his first two seasons as he hit over .300 both those years but is now at .232 this season.
