Got bored and looked this kid up. He's not getting a ton of love in this board, but he had offers from nearly every ivy league school. Besides being close to home, I'm curious what sold him to not get that kind of education

I can appreciate that he may want to be a part of something bigger, or wants to stay closer to home. Still, a degree from an Ivy League school is gold and could be potentially life changing.

I wonder if he's been offered by Stanford? That could be a great compromise.
