Gone is the wide open Brazilian beautiful game of yesteryear, which was so fun to watch. Also, like the NBA playoffs of 30 years ago, you could be very aggressive on tackles as long as you got ball. Much more roughly played. No free kicks or cards if you tacked hard as long as you got ball in the midst of it. I still love watching the game, but it used to be more fun. It’s become so flop friendly and player protective. Oh well, it is what it is. World Cup was still a fun watch.
If they would change the offside rule, it would help things. Adopt the hockey way of doing it. Have a blue line
