MBB assistant Kevin McKenna retiring
Dana Altman will have to hire another staff member as long-time assistant Kevin McKenna has announced his retirement. It's still surprising that Altman hasn't replaced Mike Mennenga yet and he left shortly after the season ended.

Sad, that's two very core guys for Altman. I'll be honest, retirement for Altman makes sense soon for him...

Serious question. Who does Oregon go after, after Dana retires? Luke Jackson? Any coaches out there that yall would like to see Oregon go after?

Evan Bradds might be someone to watch as a young up and comer. Phil Martelli Jr. is someone we conceivably could pay more than VCU does if he has another good year.duckfan96 wrote: Mon Jul 27, 2026 5:17 pm Serious question. I wonder if Mark Turgeon still has anything left in the tank at 61. But he's had a few years off, so will be interesting to see what he does coming back to coaching.
Hubert Davis has name recognition and some good success, granted at a blue blood. Maybe he needs to take a year away and reassess.
