BTW - people can check my IP address and the addresses over at scout, etc... I have never stolen info from another site, and will never. If I was a subscriber over there, why would there be any reason for me to post over here, or even come to this board?

Take this up with TK1 if you have any real objections to me and others posting here, he will look into the situation. Otherwise, STFU.

Well from what I hear he has never dropped us, but no he is not a silent. However, he is very high on the ducks though and I wouldn't be surprised if he commits to us soon.

If, and I certainly don't know who is who since many have different handle names on different boards (I don't, I'm MacDuck everywhere I go). But, if folks are taking info gleaned from chats such as eDuck, DSA or DT, and then spreading it around on a "FREE" board like this one, then you are doing a disservice to those sites. Guys like Steve Summers & Marty @eDuck; Justin & Matt @DT; and AJ, Brandon, Baciami @DSA, all work hard to get the information they do. Those sites cost money to run and I for one am a paying subscriber to all 3. You guys who are members at any of those sites who are taking sensitive information and spreading it here are wrong and telling others to STFU or take it up with the mods here is missing the obvious point entirely.

I have been following recruiting for over 10 years and have been or am a subscriber to all of the recruiting services Including ESPN.
I have seen a lot of stuff from the pay sites come over here and I'm sure you guys that don't pay anything love it. I don't blame you. I come over here also because their are people on this site that DO have some inside info like knowing a friend of one the the recruits or have friends that know recruits, or have a friend that knows of one of the coaches etc. That's cool !
But although it's for the most part not illegal in my opinion it's certainly unethical if they give you that info and tell you what's said in chat should stay in chat!!
If someone gets some other inside stuff even if it's comes from one of the pay sites I don't really care , just say that this is what their saying over at scout or rivals or dt.

Here's a perfect example from oreducks77 the way it should be done.

"I just read the Rivals interview with him after the Nebraska in-home.... it sounds like he's trying to convince his mom, and he was rooting for Nebraska to win her over, towards the end of the in-home she was asking questions about how often he would be able to come home, how much time he has off, etc... so that could either be a good or bad thing"

Don't try to be Mr big shot and basically say hey this is info from my sources that can't divulge or I'll end up with lead shoes in the river. This Pisses me off!
I can pretty much see whats happening because I spend the money for it and I don't mind spilling some info once in a while over here either.

Just don't play Mr. know it all because there's always someone watching. Just Sayin.

I agree that when you get some info from sources at educk or dsa or duckterritory or whatever, at least post a link to the website or article where you got the info. Just curious though, whos trying to be "Mr. big shot"?

I understand what you are saying but it's just really convenient that the exact information that came from a pay site chat was posted on message boards less than two hours after disclosed. It was on DT less than 30 minutes after the chat.
