Bellotti and recruits

Bellotti and recruits
I know there are some coaches who are also the athletic director and so obviously in that case the AD can have contact with recruits, but I was curious if AD's that only serve that role can have contact with recruits. If so I am curious if Bellotti has had any contact with any since he seemed to be a pretty good closer.

I do not know but my best guess is no they can not have contact with them until they sign a LOI. Just my best guess though.

The AD would be considered a representative of the school and be subject to the same regulations.
