Throw in Feeley, good grief, ...they wouldn't be making the rosters if they didn't have the skills and preparation to be considered.

It was a stupid statement by Boyd; an oviously one placed there by others.
Too bad he wasn't smart enough to see through it.

He may have been saying those things to not make it look like mommy decided for him. He may know the history of our QB's. Could be he didn't wanna look like a sissy or have his mom look bad.

I'm not defending Boyd's comments, but Fife and Feely weren't part of the spread offense at Oregon.

Looks like Kellen Clemens may get a shot at starting for the Jests since Favre may be out.

And just remember guys anything can be said about the decision by people but it's come from both Tahj and his fathers mouth that Oregon is where he wanted to and wants to go and both his parents wanted him to go to Clemson. This decision was made by his parents and for his parents and I truly feel like he'll end up regretting it because the decisions we make for ourselves are the ones that serve us best.

he obiviously didnt know about dixon played under spread offense and still made it to NFL, If CK didnt come in 07. IMO Dixon wont be in nfl without CK. Hes in team that will be playing in Super bowl against Arizona. Boyd, get your Facts straight.

Nor were they any good. Worst two qb's of last decade in our system IMHO.....

Feeley lasting in the NFL is equal to winning the powerball...but instead he is chillin with a clipboard once a week.

If Thomas redshirts, which is likely, we are set up nice for a while.

Next two years Masoli, Costa, Worst case Roper.

Then Thomas, matured, strong, knowledgeable, and ready to run wild working with Kelly and the other coaches.

What we really need is a good running back... With the exception of Feely and Fife, I think the ducks have demonstrated the ability to consistently produce a good passer. While Boyd is obviously talented, we really don't need him it would just be nice if we did.
