He has an Oregon offer so you can be sure that the staff is recruiting him. Whether or not interest is reciprocated is another thing.

Think he would be a nice complement to Dunigan/Crittle, if football doesn't work out?

Would love for a kid like this to choose UO but I wouldn't hold my breath. Kid can write his own ticket.

Apparently, he has a humble streak, as well:

In an article published in the Pioneer Press on 12/25/07, Henderson was quoted:

"It's flattering that people would like me to play at their schools and that I might be good enough someday to play at the highest level,'' said Henderson, who has a 2.70 grade-point average. "Really, I haven't accomplished anything yet. I have to continue to challenge myself academically and physically. To get to those places, you have to work hard and have focus.''

Hope the kid retains this attitude wherever he plays.
