I wholeheartedly agree, but there have been cases where entire families move to be closer to a prospect or recruit switching schools. I can’t think of any off hand but it has been known to happen. Sometimes they way in which it’s done is questionable but without a doubt the intentions are good. Wasn’t Rahsaan Gary or someone from Michigan’s roster close with their parent who ended up getting employed the year of their signing? If it’s a viable option I’m certain himself and those around him have put together a plan of action. However, he’s still off my list because we haven’t heard anything about him and his recruitment has gone nowhere for anyone.mrpd21 wrote:I hate to say it but...
If he has a child and is torn between us and Bama I hope he stays close to home. If Oregon is a dream school I think that opportunity sailed once he had a child. He needs the support of family and friends around him. If he tried to make Oregon work I think he would get homesick quickly and end up leaving, it would probably go sideways. This is all assuming that he has support he needs for him and his child around him back home. Selfishly I would love to have him on board but I would advise him to stay, enjoy his scholarship opportunity while being the best father he can be for his child.
