He didn't get any local talent, unless you are considering Nevada to be local. He got a nice recruit in Loyd but hasn't really done anything yet, which is understandable considering the situation he came into. I think he'll do good things eventually but he is taking over a complete remodel job and is probably going to struggle early on.
