Not adept at posting from Twitter, but...

MJ cunningham. Adrian Jackson. Jordon scott. Twitters.

Seems like they thought he was a duck but something "else" pulled him away.

So what's the deal with JJ Tucker? Seems like he should have been offered prior to today even if they thought Williams was coming. Ever since Battle committed to Ole Miss we've had room for the kid, and he looks terrific.

Pretty awesome looking consolation prize.

Sounds like Devon Williams did the Ducks dirty. Was a duck all along, told the staff, told the other players he was Oregon, was in the group chats with the other players. Sounds like his "people" got to him most down the stretch. Piecing together the tweets from Cunningham and Jaramillo's brother and Cristobal's comments.

He was on their radar for a while as the backup to the backup to the backup plan

He's got pretty good upside and they think he's diamond in the rough.

I definitely would have preferred Williams, battle or Ezeike but there you go

I believe it was his coach (who's he's living with due to an unstable family life) who was pushing him to SC while his sister and other family members wanted him at Oregon. Heyward and Johnson worked hard on him but in the end, it was undone by his coach. Same thing happened with Tre'Shaun Harrison, in that he was tight with Heyward/MJ but the HS coach pushed him to FSU.

Thanks. Oregon is a better place for someone like that, but you can't control people steering kids how they want.

Silver lining: I know most of you are disappointed, but we still ended up with the 16th best class in the nation.

He is a higher rated prospect than Johnny Johnson III from last years class. Looks to have better speed too. I liked his film. He may not have had an offer if both Williams and Ezeike would have signed. More than likely he would have had one if only one signed. There is talk of adding a 1-2 more. Not sure if any are WRs. I assume Sprague kid is one if he clears up the issues being reported. Curious to know if there are any grad transfer possibilities.

6'2"/185 should be nice... Not sure about his 40 time. In 2015, he ran track with a PR of 12.63 for 100 meters.

While that may have improved over the past couple years, it's not stunning speed, by any measure.

Hence why he was available at the 13th hour
