Spell it out for us? From what you have said, you have just repeated something that we already know: that Brown
could end up going somewhere other than Oregon for the same reasons Boyd did. The only difference here is that your opinion or gut feeling is that he
will go somewhere else. Others are keeping their mind open about it until they hear otherwise.
"Maybe he will. Maybe he won't." is not "drinking the kool-aid."

It's more than a gut feeling as I stated. There are people close to the situation who say so. Bryce isn't making this decision totally on his own. Like most kids his age, many don't have 100% say. I'll say no more.

Bryce and his family stated last year when he committed to Miami that he would be taking all of his trips...These weren't last minute additions to his recruiting process, they have planned all along to go on all his visits.

Macduck always has good info. He isn't saying Brown won't end up at Oregon, just that it will be tough.

He's saying what all of us should know. Parents have to put down their stamp on this deal and they are less than thrilled with him trekking over here to our neck of the woods. If decision was 100% Bryces as was the case for Tajh Boyd, we got some LOI's. With it not, look for him to possibly go south. My money is on LSU, which in my humble opinion is his worst choice. But may help us in the Lache Seastrunk sweepstakes if they do get BB.
And don't forget a lot will happen after this fasting, so anything is still possible!!

I've been following the story pretty closely. Unless I missed something or you have inside information, Brown has not revealed what his choice will be. Therefore, concluding that geography will be the deciding factor is an educated guess. I suppose you could argue that "educated guess" is the older brother of "gut feeling."

A dead horse it is. We'll see... and good point that it may not be resolved on the 16th. With this NCAA investigation going on, I have a feeling it could drag on. Hopefully not.

A best guess is that Bryce has narrowed his choices to Oregon and Tennessee. Based on conversations I've had, the kid is very interested in how he will be promoted. Oregon has at its disposal the Nike marketing machine. That's not to say the kid would be hidden playing in the SEC at Tennessee (on CBS).
Oregon can further sell the nation's No. 2 rushing offense and a somewhat stable quarterback situation. Tennessee can sell the charismatic Lane Kiffin, his superstar staff and a program about to take off .
Stay tuned, the circus is about to end with Monday's announcement. Or, with the NCAA sniffing around, it might just be beginning.
