You never have anything to add but insults. Go away.
Nope. Outside of the game thread dumpster fire over reactions, there is some rational and sane conversation.

None of which you contribute to. You only add insults. You're useless and smug.
If you think I care what you think, good for you.

Always my fav, come in to criticize others and then say stuff like this.

To little to late Ducks, this game is over. Lanning needs to reevaluate everything he is doing.

It was odd how few touches he had in the first half.

What do you think they’ve been trying to do? What should he have done differently to this point to get guys in space?

Nice TD run by Harris and 2 pt conversion catch by Johnson. Too bad it's already garbage time.

That throw on the 2pt conversion is why you KEEP Dante Moore. You work with that talent. You help it develop.

You don’t wish it to hit the portal.

Also, when other posters point out we melt down, call names, demand firings and transfers to leave, maybe the best response isn’t to call them names and tell them to leave.

I get it. We love the Ducks. We are invested. This hurts. But My God some of you need to grow the eff up.

Lanning needs to elevate the standard.
THIS.

I haven't ranted about this yet but now is the time. I do not like that Lanning hired from within. His coaching tree isn't good enough for that. He should have looked nationwide. I'm going to be really pissed if the new guy is Stein 2.0.

Moore is fine. Maybe we could find someone better, maybe not. Biggest thing is his coaches has failed him. Our play calling is mediocre and has never leveraged the team's strength. I would love to see Moore with a real OC. Hope the internal hire is good enough.

You're missing the point. At this level either you have it or you don't. There is no middle ground. Dante doesn't have it. He folds like a two dollar bill under pressure. It's time to move on.

Soooo, you’re telling me that if you have good athletes and you get them in space to run against a slower defense that’s a good thing? And if the opponent has a thin defense and you choose to move quickly instead of waiting until 2 seconds left on the playclock to run up the middle that also helps? Yeah the Stein apologists are right, we can’t expect such exotic and advanced strategies from our OC.

My one positive is Harris probably made himself some money tonight. He’s looked great whenever he’s touched the ball.

OK I understand and agree, but what about bringing in another QB from the portal to elevate the standard and make Moore work for it?

Mendoza has too much time to sit and wait for someone to come open.

Cool to say in hindsight after Hill broke off a run. Recall going into this game people were saying the mistake was that they ran to the edge too often in the first game, as they were having success between the tackles. I believe Hill had 3 carries for -3 yards in the first game, all runs to the outside.

Oh hey, you made a post about football. Keep doing that!
I wish game threads did more of that and less of pointing fingers at coaches and players.

Not meaning to get involved, but when you get your ass handed to you, and there is no finger pointing, do you chalk up the loss simply to luck?

I love Lanning, I really do, but right now, we are the laughing stock of college football. We get rolled last year, then get rolled again this year, good luck being even ranked in the top 20 next year.
