I was wondering why I couldn't find film on Stewart and then learned that he basically hasn't played since his freshman year because of transfers and other reasons, and is now skipping his senior season. That kid went from "what's a football" to trying to learn the landscape of college athletics in like 2.5 months. I don't envy him or his family. Hope we get him, but going to be intrigued by his development regardless of where he ends up. If he ends up showing any type of proclivity for catching the ball he'll get moved to Offense otherwise he's going to grow into a nightmare of an Edge player. I wonder if Big Dave has had any contact with his family? The other thought is how I've heard Stein and players talk about Dan covering every situation in practices and I've long thought that Coaches have to make sure they cover every single basic concept up to the most advanced and can't assume players know small details. That said, the kid either has a natural ability to "shed" or else he's taken to the concept quickly.
