Is there any chance Figgins doesn’t sign?

Yes, likely.

Sucks for him seeing as his family moved up to Eugene but maybe he can get an offer from the Beavers or something.

I also have faith, that even if we have a decommit or two at the end, that we will sign another top guy or leave the slot open for a grad transfer. So far, those have worked well for us under Cristobal.
- Juwan Johnson
- Dallas Warmack
- Kano Dillon (if he stayed healthy)

Yes, likely.
Anyone have insight into why we cooled on Figgins?

Not with his size and athleticism though.

I heard something about injuries. He's only played in a couple games the last couple years apparently so durability could be an issue?

I think he's not played more than 5 games in any HS season since his FR year. That is a serious question mark that the coaches likely have not been keen on, especially since they already have an injury-prone TE in McCormick and need some depth there with Breeland and Bay graduating.

With him moving to Eugene, think he would even entertain a preferred walk-on slot, being his health issues? Maybe earn it down the road?

Interesting that we're being mentioned for 4-star QB Malik Hornsby out of the Houston area, 247 saying it's an Oregon-Baylor battle: https://247sports.com/Player/Malik-Hornsby-46037405/

Of course if Arroyo leaves our QB recruiting may really change.

Ducks will have decent height next year with Addison, Wilhoit, and Waters, all 6’3”+ (if they all stay). Would suck to lose him, but with Redd and Pittman in the slot, and JJIII back, pretty confident they have a good receiving core regardless.

Ah, can we keep the ol' Penn St. wide receiver transfer pipeline going?

Would be fun to tell my PSU alum coworker that his school is becoming a JC talent pool for Oregon.

Myles Slusher has picture with Mario and Donte in his house and Myles tweeted solid foundation lets go ducks, I'm taking that as a good sign he staying with ducks.

I don’t believe you can actively recruit a guy and have him walk on. I could have misinterpreted the rule, but it’s something along those lines.
