This kid has had some solid camps, and is a very high target for Oregon. I know we are definitely one of his top schools.

Grimes informed me awhile back that Oregon and Florida are his two favorites. That was about a month ago. Not sure if thats changed or not.

Hopefully Florida doesn't offer.

Talked to him today and UGA/Oregon battle. I doubt the florida schools offer untill the season but it will be too late by then. He isn't going to just switch like that, he feels a little disrespected that he isn't getting attention from them

Is Ethan Grant friends with Tony?

Yea Ethan is pretty good friends with Tony. Ethan has been doing a great job as a recruiter I am very proud of him. I joke with him all the time that he is better at recruiting then me lol. I could see him being a coach when he is done in the NFL.

Do you see any chance in Ethan changing his mind about his commitment? I don't see it happening, but it would be interesting to hear the opinion of someone that is close to him. He seems to be VERY high on being a duck.

He will take a few visits this summer and maybe during the season but only to have fun. He is a Duck all the way. He is a very loyal kid and his family stresses loyalty. One of the things his mom stressed on the visit was that if he did commit he must stay true to it no matter what. I can't see him going anywhere else, we talk about Oregon all the time.

Prime, I'd agree that Oregon is the team to beat. But if teams like Florida, FSU, and Miami were to offer, you don't think duck fans should be concerned?

He also mentioned he's waiting til signing day to decide, so I personally feel it's too early to call him a duck lock. Correct me if I'm wrong.

No he does not. I don't know why people say he does.
