Interesting to see where he ends up? TE/DE? If Chip Kelly has his way, I think he will be a TE first.

Kid is a beast and one of the nicest guys out there. Will for sure fight for playing time as a freshman. He could easily bulk up to 285 if we asked him to to be able to play DT and could still keep really good speed. That said, I dont think he goes that direction.

Kid will be a beast whever he ends up. Gotta think he ends up at TE, no way Chip lets that kinda talent go unused on the offensive side of the ball.

Good point. There's still time for that though.

We NEED to get Lewis involved. That guy is so raw and just boiling over with athleticism. However he has more a basketball frame, I still think it is possible to use him in this O.

White is an animal. I watched him play a couple of times in high school and it seemed like he was in on every single play on defense hitting someone or knocking down a pass. Whenever he was on offense, the other team had at least one guy tailing him in addition to his primary defender. Can't wait to see him at the next level.

Agreed, I just keep remembering that ridiculous one handed grab in the spring game last year. It's not like we're hurting for production at his position though, hopefully his time will come. On a more on topic note, White's highlights look pretty sweet, he's got some open field moves for a guy his size.

You have to use him as a TE. His talent will go to waste on defense with Alliotti running things.

That's UO problem is wasting all our talent on O, then everyone complains when NA D can't stop anything. Look at the star difference between starters on the O compared to the D, we need studs on the D. If we keep doing what we always do then we will get what we always get. White will be one the top DE in the county next year that's were he needs to play at UO. Besides if you want a productive TE, CK might want to poach Ej Singler from Kent, the kid had close to 1500 2 years in a row compared to 700 yards for White in the same league.

We have talent on D, granted it is not the same talent as USC but the guys are strong, quick, and athletic. The problem is NA's defensive schemes. Look at TCU and Utah, they only get 2-3* guys and every once in a while a 4* guy but they have good DC's and they develop their players really well. With the high 3* and 4* talent the Ducks have on D they should be a lot better and would be if the Ducks just had even an average DC.

Definitely TE. He's got great hands. Did you see him one hand that pass?
