Michael Ansley - B- C D B C+ A

With Alabama's surprising defeat to South Alabama in the first round of the NCAA tourney, Ansley's career finished on one of many what ifs and whyfores. He led the team in scoring, but did nothing to help his fellow teammates. Good work on the low block was always seemed to be hampered by his insistence of relying his awful outside shooting. Always looked good enough on defensive end, but always seemed to like to gamble on the steal. Scouts like his potential, but worry his attitude needs to change order to reach his potential.

Glen Rice - C+ C+ C B- C- A

Coming off his outstanding performance in Michigan's NCAA tourney win, Glen Rice looks to make his jump to the next level. Though he is streaky at the 3-pt line, he look comfortable taking the midrange jumper, so spacing should not be an issue. He is a sneaky finisher inside despite his slight lack of athleticism. At 6'8", 220 he has a near perfect frame to grow into. Many think he may need to add some lbs to that frame, but he has the work ethic and frame to easily accommodate this, nobody has more potential.

Kenny Payne - C C D B- C- A

Maybe the best developed midrange games in the country last season, Payne excelled from 15 ft an out. While he never really could get his 3-pt shot going, scouts think it may have been an aberration. Good moving on defense and well built physically. Good potential, but probably will never be a star.

George McCloud - C- C+ D+ C+ C- B

Good at the free throw line and very good at poking away the ball. He is pretty good at his position on defense and enough potential to grow. His lack of finishing will limit him.

Blue Edwards - C C C- C+ C- B

Short for his position but has the hops to make up for it. Blue led his team to a surprising run to the finals of his conference tournament. Has a decent mid-range game and really dominated his opponents. Scouts worry his competition may not be not have been hard enough.

Other small forward prospects:

Archie Marshall - C+ C+ C C C B

Jack of all Trades, master of none. Will provide a little of everything with room to grow.

Chucky Brown - C+ C- D+ B- C B

Physically gifted and can step out to 15 with some consistency but may struggle with turnovers.

Dante Green - C+ C D+ C C A

Tall, at 6'10", for the SF position and not good on the boards to shift to PF. Scouts believe he has good potential but will never be a star.

Nate Johnston - C+ C- F+ C+ C A

It is like this thing called passing was never taught to him. Well built physically. Great potential, but maybe too raw to ever be a starter.

he'll likely be renamed to a guy who had potential but busted, or, yes, deleted...or maybe tk will feel like leaving him in
