Which commit?

Post by duxball »

Which commit are guys or gals most excited about? I really like the linebackers littlejohn, clay and of course BoLo, but to me personally its Diante Jackson I hear he is closer to 6'3" and 205. I am just really excited to see him play for us. Hopefully he is as excited to come here as i am for him to be here. Anyways what do ya'll think so far

As far as the current commits I am excited for Littlejohn, Clay, Leon, Iupati and Lokombo. As far as potential guys Brown, Boyd, Diante Jackson, Johnson, Wheaton, Gaines, Hall, Harris, Evans, and Phillipp are all very exciting guys that can make a huge impact. Wow, that's a lot of guys. Recruiting has come a long way for the Ducks!!!!

Obviously we're always pumped with the skill position players. I am really looking forward to Avery Patterson though. The kid has legit speed & his highlights are pretty impressive. Another guy I am really pumped about is James Johnson. I don't know why but I'm almost just as excited for him as I am for Boyd.

By the way, Mops said James Johnson is as close to being commited with out actually being commited in chat tonight.

Punter and kicker Rice and Bowlin. I don't think some people realize how important it is to have top players at these positions.

Anthony Leon, hands down. He'll see the field immediately, likely start. A big recruit out of HS, and an even bigger recruit out of JC.

I have to join the crowd and say Leon as well. Not only a great player but fills a pretty huge need by stepping into Chung's old spot in the secondary next season. Of all the guys currently committed to Oregon I think he will probably have the largest single impact next year.

I am going with Lavasier Tuinei. Who can argue with 6'6", 4.5 speed, can jump out of the gym and purported to have great hands? Anyway, the coaches picked this kid up early, so to me it is evident that he was not a fall back guy. His path follows Masoli too: kid qualifies out of high school but transferred his senior year and didn't get noticed. Btw, he seems like a cocky SOB as well and goes by "LT." Gotta like it.
