What New Comers Play This Year?

Post by Mops »

Not talking about redshirt freshman, but true freshman and JC transfers because I believe if you redshirt you should be expected to play over a true frosh in most cases.

Whats everyone think?

Rice and Jackson play as true freshman and JC transfers...Gaines, Littlejohn, Tuinie, and Clark.

Moseley's take on this topic seems pretty reasonable...

Works for me, I feel like BoLo could play this season though.

Yeah, physically BoLo is definitely ready to be a special teams contributor if needed. I have heard the coaches are hoping to redshirt one of the true freshman linebackers though, and since Clay will play due to his added versatility with snapping, they will hopefully have the luxury of redshirting BoLo. That of course can change with injuries. I don't think Stuckey's injury alone is enough to change the plans, but it is at least a small step in that direction.
