Can't say I blame him. It takes a pretty bold recruit to come here in the midst of this turmoil.

He's taken down his Oregon commitment on his Twitter account and said he's looking at all his options now. Until this the coaching situation is settled, recruiting is not going to be pretty.

With the way Mullens is handling this, I wouldn't want to stay committed either.
Willie Taggart is a dick.

X2, this is on Mullens. 750 radio is reporting Mullens and Helf both fly in tonight and will meet soon, should know tomorrow.

Dang, that sucks. Can't say I blame him, but this is the reason I'm hardly even following recruiting this season. It's going to be turmoil this year.

I have a feeling it will end on a high note if we fire Helfrich and make the right hire.

The fact that Mullens and Helfrich are both flying back to Eugene to talk tonight tells me a decision has been reached, and Helfrich is gone.

Here's hoping the AD has someone good lined up.

Lenoir told Nemec that he can't wait to hear from Taggart. I would bet he recommits.

Both he and McKitty are now following him on Twitter. He has some work to do before the dead period and won't have much time to work with after the bowl season so it will not be a highly ranked class but as long as he can keep everyone that is committed and get Lenoir back and get some of those guys that were close to committing I will be happy.

I pray he has some people on the D-line he can recruit. We lost them all last year to injury, suspension or retirement.

How many DBs are we bringing in? Seems like a lot. Especially since we have young starters in the secondary as it is.
