Where's the Beef?

Post by GrantDuck »

We can only play so many WR/ATH/DB..

Currently 1 DT commit; 1 OL commit; 1 LB commit, 0 TE commit.

I understand Taggart is slapdashing things together after coming over, but it's strange to see all these offers out to his USF guys, but no front 7, which is what we REALLY need. Any guys we are even going after at these positions for 2017 or have a chance at?

Seems like Falo is becoming a possibility...

Huh? He's made plenty of DL and LB offers. Plus we're switching to a 3-4. Don't need as many DL as we did before. We need quality more than quantity.

Also 4 out of 5 starters on the OL are freshman, not as pressing as many think.

Yes OL is not that pressing; but DL/LB are very pressing.

He's made 3 or 4 LB offers and the same for DL.

Still think he'll end up offering a few more OL since I'm sure his next OL coach would have a better idea of who he'd want.
