I'm more willing to suspect the extra Es represent the recruit's star rating since while at DT, him and Prehm would add extra As to QUACK whenever there was a commit. With that said, I think it's Tongamoa because he's a 3* recruit.

I'm more willing to suspect the extra Es represent the recruit's star rating since while at DT, him and Prehm would add extra As to QUACK whenever there was a commit. With that said, I think it's Tongamoa because he's a 3* recruit.
