Lenzy & Lenzy

Saw Lenzy play last Friday against West Linn. It was a defensive battle. He is versatile and good. He didn't excel greatly at WR, as he was matched against our star player. They kind of offset each other at that position. But, they moved him to RB in the wildcat formation. He either kept it or optioned it to his brother coming across formation. They both were awesome. He really stood out on D. He and his brother were all over the field. His younger brother may have been the better last Friday. Not that I don't want Cota, but, I'm convinced now Lenzy is better. And offer his brother for 2020. It was a Lenzy bros. show last week, especially defense.

I have probably said it so many times that I'm making broken records jealous, but I think Braden has star potential at cornerback, while at the same time would be mediocre at wide receiver. He's going to start his career at WR because that's what he wants to do, but I hope he figures out quickly that he could get to the NFL as a defender, if that's what he wants to do.

Couldn't agree more. He was better at RB than WR in this game and definitely better on defense. Tigard completely shutdown West Linn's offense and the Lenzys were a big part.
