Been thinking this would happen, even after he made his OV a couple weekends ago.

I've heard, with no proof, that he was struggling to get in to school and even if he did, it wouldn't be until Summer. So, a 2 years to play 2 with really less than 2 years in the system. (because of his late admission).

Oregon is essentially down to King for DL commits right now so the remaining positional needs for this class are DL, WR, TE and LB.

Really only have Jackson and Cunningham as for sure LBs since Winston could end up as a DE and Andrew Johnson may still be looking around.

I've heard that baby Failou is pretty much a lock and we have a good shot with Manoa.

Manoa is also going to be taking a 2-year mission right away so he's not someone who could help right away.

Also, it sounds like Webb is getting heavily pursued by UCLA so he could potentially flip to them, making another TE or two a necessity.

Yeah, Webb might be gone

All those positions look dicey as of today. They need numbers everywhere.

TE and WR numbers are dire and I expect to see offers to back up plans coming if coaches feel like they'll whiff on current commits

Another qb would be a need don't you think?

It would be nice but I don't think it's a need as long as Burmeister stays.

Per Jhop, Diallo was a Taggart guy and neither Mario nor Leavitt really wanted him so it was “mutual”.
