I am curious about whether Isaac Dixon committed. He has long been rumored to be a Duck lock. Also, did Gabe King commit to Cal? They had quite an impressive list of visitors this weekend. Can you imagine having Owa and King as book-end DE's? YIKES.

Read somewhere, might've even been here, that King was cooling on his verbal to Cal in the middle of last week -- which I took to mean that we were continuing to gain for him. After visiting there and seeing their weakass facilities (relative to ours at least) and then watching them get thumped for the 2nd straight week by Pac10 opponents I can't imagine he would solidify things. If anything, he likely is cooling even more.

Having him in our backyard now, getting him to multiple home games, and already having 2 of his best friends as verbals will, in my amateur, no special knowledge opinion, eventually turn him into a duck.

Also, I can't imagine that Dixon and other fast LBs that we're recruiting are missing the impact that Paysinger and Pleasant are having for our defense. Those guys are everywhere!

No inside info on Dixon other than what we new before he visited, but I'm pretty sure he'll be a duck. He's been high on us for a while, and his parents are on our side so yeah.

Word is Washington was close to committing, but wants to take all his visits first.
