Ouch, will be a bummer if he switches.

Always has a feeling we'd lose him. Thought it would be USC
We'll lose 2-3 current guys, maybe cridell maybe not

Re: Jeremiah Criddell visiting Oklahoma Saturday
Having a strong early signing class will also let our coaches focus on the final weeks on the few remaining spots. We should have a good amount of our guys locked up early by all accounts.

Hopefully his three HS teammates committed this year and the younger Faoliu from last year are enough of a pull to keep him locked in at Oregon.

Re: Jeremiah Criddell visiting Oklahoma Saturday
I would rather it be Criddell than Wright. Preferably neither, as we've struggled the last 5 years or so to get CBs for some reason.
Are any other guys looking around, that we are aware of?

It’s inevitable that we will lose some guys. Just gotta hope we can find solid replacements.

I thought Wright would be the one DB to flip. Criddell is a Rancho Cucamonga guy like Sean Dollars and Thomas Graham - I thought that meant those guys would stay together.
Maybe it's nothing, Elijah Blades visited Texas A&M earlier in the season and nothing has come of it.
Not related to this, but speaking of Mater Dei guys, a mystery top 40/50 recruit did a Reddit AMA yesterday: https://old.reddit.com/r/CFB/comments/9 ... m_name=CFB
You're not allowed to doxx people on Reddit, and he wants to remain anonymous until he enrolls in January. The clues were that it was someone who played rugby before football, plays defense, goes to a powerhouse high school, took only one official visit, and is a top-50 composite recruit that is going to a West Coast school. There are only two top-50 recruits committed to a West Coast school at the moment, and both of them are ours. You can draw your own conclusion. Very entertaining read about how coaches recruit, and how guys look at schools. Very well spoken and witty young man.

I'd be really surprised if he signed elsewhere given his relationship with Dollars, Redd, and Graham. He's also got the MD connection too. Criddell and Dollars were even featured in Redd's commitment video.

Just to play devils advocate, Braden Lenzy was our most vocal and active recruiter last year...

We'll see. I think it's pretty inevitable we will be losing a guy or two around or right after the early signing period. But like Duck07 mentioned, we should have a lot of guys locked up in the early period mid-december, giving us time to fill in any spot left open by a decommit.
Really like the early signing period.

He also said he never visited Oregon - but both of those guys you allude to have.

I was wondering if that's a smoke screen, since a few people fielded guesses before they were deleted.AshlandDuck wrote:GoDucksTroll wrote:

Re: Jeremiah Criddell visiting Oklahoma Saturday
I just read a few responses. There is for sure some misleading info because there aren't many top50 guys committed west of the Mississippi
