Likely 3 star prospect?

Oregon will probably offer him, which is great because I love landing instate talent.

Nice write up, mops.

Nice write-up, Mops! I agree, it is always great to get instate talent! Off the wall question... Is he possibly related to "Rourke Lowe" the track sensation out of Aloha High school in the late 70's?

He states multiple times that he loves downfield blocking and is "required 80-90%" of Jesuits plays to be a key blocker downfield. That to me screams Oregon offense.

Lowe will have a shot at being a high 3 star prospect and if he does well this summer in camps and then has a good senior season he has a outside shot at sneaking into the 4 star range if he does well enough.

With his threat to get big yards each time he touches the ball and the fact he is better than solid at run blocking means in my eyes he will get an Oregon offer.

"10 kick returns for 600 yards and three touchdowns"

MOPS? That CAN'T be correct, can it? A 60-yard average????
