2010 Prospect list
I started this thread and it might be a good idea to get it bulletined up top:
Ducks are getting so much attention in the 2010 class including 2 commits already. Both likely 4 stars. I'll put into this thread anyone I see with legit interest in us, as well as anyone else who can add would be GREAT. Gives us all a glimpse of what may come ahead after we close out another top 20 class in 09.

Re: 2010 Prospect list
Ted Meline-FL WR.
Kid is BIG TIME. VERY good friends with Ethan Grant. Rumored to try to take an unofficial to Oregon soon.

What attracts him to Oregon?
"The way they use big receivers," replied Meline to the question. "They like guys 6-2 or 6-3."

Re: 2010 Prospect list
From Rivals forum board
Chris Badger-UT safety. Visited a couple of weeks ago on his own dime.
Guy from the board says he knows him/family and Oregon blew his doors off. Will try to come back for spring game visit as well. BYU and Utah offers already. LSU is interested as well.

likely 4 star player.

It would be great to get him commit to us, we need a WR that can be Bigtime playmakerjhopduck wrote:Ted Meline-FL WR.

Re: 2010 Prospect list
Early word from here in Utah is that this kid likes Utah and BYU but wants to go to a school out of state and his visit to Eugene was awesome and he couldn't believe the facilities and loved the campus.jhopduck wrote:From Rivals forum board

Re: 2010 Prospect list
A guy on the Miami board who claims to know Grant pretty well said that Ivan McCartny, Ted Meline and Eduardo Clements are all going to visit unofficial to Oregon within the next 4 weeks. If true that could be a huge recruiting weekend for 2010. He also goes on to say Grant will not change his mind no matter who offers between now and next year.

This would be huge getting these guys to come here now and then again for a game day experience...man I wonder what our chances are? I would absolutely love to get McCartny and Meline!!buckmarkduck wrote:A guy on the Miami board who claims to know Grant pretty well said that Ivan McCartny, Ted Meline and Eduardo Clements are all going to visit unofficial to Oregon within the next 4 weeks. Re: 2010 Prospect list
Do you think that Flowers would be more inclined to come to Oregon if Harris came here?

Re: 2010 Prospect list
yes. Oregon is also going after his cousin Rykeem Yates who is a DE/WR but will play DE in college in the 2010 class.

Re: 2010 Prospect list
It seems like there are a lot of package deals in this class. There's this one, which is new, but you also have the package deals involving a lot of the Florida recruits and then the Texas one, which seems like a longshot for Oregon to win. These package deals alone could yield 5 or more recruits.
