I accept. I need to rebuild around Stackhouse.

Re: Pacers / Nuggets
uh... not sure how u trade a top 5 player and don't get at least one of the top 2 assets from the other team (Rose/Sonics pick)

Or Rose, ha! You don’t trade the leagues best center without getting a team’s top young player or top pick.Craig wrote:Damn couldn't at least throw the Sonics pick in there?

I’d be willing to swap Stack and Rose if the Pacers desired

Re: Pacers / Nuggets
I posted a TB for David Robinson. I think there will be some revision about this trade.

Pacers did say Robinson was available for a top 2-3 pick for like 3 seasons running now

Re: Pacers / Nuggets
I would say there's no reason to revise anything unless the Commish comes in with the V-hammer (I don't think he will), this is what was agreed to (and publicly posted). I just think someone like Robinson would warrant at least one more significant asset.

Re: Pacers / Nuggets
Great trade for Nuggets holding on to their top 2 assets. D-Rob has been publicly shopped & Stackhouse isn't a slouch as a prospect so although Nuggets won the negotiations, both teams seem to have received what they were seeking. Don't see reason to veto or revise

Re: Pacers / Nuggets
Didn’t realize Rose was so highly regarded I’d much rather take Stackhouse
Win for the Nuggets, but also don’t see a need for veto. DRob’s been on the trade block for 2-3 seasons now

It’s not necessarily about Rose vs Stackhouse. I feel like Nugs only gave up one of their top 4 young pieces for the best center in the league. How he didn’t at least get two of his top 4 pieces is boggling to me.
But good for Nugs for playing it right.

Oh I completely agree, DRob should have gone for more, but not sure if the Pacers had any leverage if nobody else was offering anythingUOducksTK1 wrote:offtheheezy wrote:Didn’t realize Rose was so highly regarded I’d much rather take Stackhouse
