"I will be visiting Oregon this week for what they call 'The Civil War,' it is a funny name but I hear the game is very serious. I have a nice connection with the Oregon coaches so I hope they play a great game. I have heard a lot of good things about the school, the team and the facilities."

NEED to land him or Ricky this weekend (or both). Werner seems more raw, but he could end up being a dominant player (Think Igor Olshansky). He is still relatively new to football and you can tell he's new to recruiting.

lol @ him calling the civil war a funny name.

Haha obviously not a big history buff.

Think about it, I understand that the guy is German and hears that the "Civil War" is fought between the Ducks and the Beavers. Now that would sound pretty "funny" to any European!

You'd think between Olshanksy and Haloti Ngata we'd have as much cred with DTs as anyone.

I love this guy, every time I read his quotes I just picture him in Liederhosen saying it in a really thick German accent. It's fantastic.
