Literally had just gone on a radio show talking about his 10-year plan at WSU and how his family was committed to the Cougs.

WSU is basically experiencing what OSU did last season. Both programs are absolutely gutted.

That's unfortunately what life is like in the new Pac 12. Losing their coaches to Power 4 conference jobs and having to find cheaper replacements.
