Isaac Remington's growth
Some one in a previous thread mentioned Isaac's weight from high school till now. And that seemed crazy to me how much he gained. Here are some before and after pics.
Isaac highschool:

Now that's what I call bulking up!

He really put on a bunch of weight on to that frame. Seems like he could put on another 5-10 of "definition" in our weight program. Good looking DE!
Stewart Mandel-"From a purely aesthetic standpoint, I much prefer to watch a good spread-rushing offense over a traditional Power-I offense, and Oregon's has been the most fun by far for the past several years. It's fast, its precise, and when Chip Kelly has the right quarterback (Dixon, Masoli) at the helm, the possibility of someone ripping off a 60-yard run exists on nearly every play."

"Starting defense, Place at the table" Program was a great movie and had some great lines in as well. "Hey fool I can read, see my shoe it says Addidas." LOL

It would in no way surprise me if was using the cream and the clear. That kind of growth just seems unnatural.neezy3 wrote:he must have been working out with clay matthews and brian cushing

His MaxPreps profile from 2006-07 lists Remington at 6'5/245.

20 lbs in, essentially, 2 years is not at all out of line.
How old was Remington when the skinny photos were taken... 15? If that photo was from his sophomore year in HS, this may not be assisted growth at all.

Re: Isaac Remington's growth
When I became a saw filer, I gained about 25 lbs of muscle in the first year. I maintained my weight at 185-190 for ten years.
When I left that job to become a sheriff's deputy, I gained that much in 3 months... Muscle again?
Not so much!

Re: Isaac Remington's growth
I think he was only 6'1 in those first pics. He grew 4 inches as well as put on all that weight.

Given that we don't know who reads these posts and this is the internet, I just want to chime in that my comments above were completely in jest...welcome to the Ducks Isaac!
