Tepa's decision coming soon

Post by jhopduck »

Not looking good here.
"I'm leaning to UCLA and I'm going to visit there this weekend. I've been to UCLA before though so I could actually commit before I even visit. It's not for sure and I could wait until after my visit but I'm definitely thinking a lot about making my decision in the next few days."

Mops is saying that Montgomery is not coming since the coaches told him that they were full at DE. I wonder if they told that to Tepa also. The coaches must think highly of the players we got already.

Duckgrad99,

Everyone knows what you think you have made it very clear that you are a better
talent evaluator than the coaches. When will we see you out on the recruiting trail??
Stop whining the coaches must see a huge upside in the players we have taken instead.
Some kids peak in high school while others grow and mature and reach amazing levels
once they get to college. Be positive for once it will make all of our day.

Arden was highly underrated by Rivals and Scout. He made the Contra Costa "Cream of the Crop" team, which is a fairly prestigious team to be named to. He joined 3 of our other commits/recruits on that team. It really says something about his talent to be included with those type of players. He was also named to the same 1st team all-league that Michael Clay was named to this season. He's a sleeper type player that wasn't reranked by Scout or Rivals. He could be a good one down the road.

Arden works hard, plays hard and is an Oregon faithful. Sounds like another DE that is leaving that has become one of my favorite ducks of all time.

If he turns out to be another Nick Reed, that would rule!

Nothing wrong with saying I would have rather had Tepa or Montgomery. End of discussion.

Good God football season must be over and the withdrawls are making everyone edgy. It seems like we haven't gone a full day in weeks with out some kind of argument about what someone said or the way they said it. If it's like this now I can only imagine how badly we'll be at each other's throats once signing day is past.

August can't get here quick enough!

Care to explain why?

Just a personal opinion. Hey, if the coaches think otherwise then I will trust them. :)

Just admit your opinion is simply based on star ratings.
